Executive Assistant recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

*Organise complex travel schedules including visas, and liaising with local offices where appropriate.
*Complex diary management and the co-ordination of meetings and conference calls with parties both at the bank and external.
*Organise special projects including conferences and events.
*Preparation of meeting packs/reports (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
*Drafting correspondence.

You will have:

*Proven Banking experience and experience working within a senior management environment.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels.
*A professional telephone manner is essential.
*Ability to forge strong internal and external client relationships.
*A reliable team player with a proactive 'can do' attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Ability to work with confidential information and use discretion with sensitive management issues.
*Excellent organisation/prioritisation skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
*Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes MS Office.
*Ability to multi-task.
