Executive Assistant to $65k

We are working with our client in their search for an Executive Assistant. Responsibilities will include provide administrative support to the CFO, General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer; arrange and coordinate all business travel; handle confidential materials relevant to company operations; assist in preparing presentations for Board of Directors and management meetings; manage Company's contract files; coordinate department meetings; arranges use of conference rooms, schedule offsite meetings, order lunches; serve as a contact to people inside and outside the company; and collaborate with various staff members and departments in preparing special projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience supporting and interacting with senior level executives; strong PC skills (proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external people; knowledge of general office procedures (e.g., filing, correspondence, scheduling); must be able to juggle multiple priorities and handle special projects; must be self-motivated, flexible, proactive, and utilize good judgment to solve problems and make decisions; ability to work with and meet critical deadlines; and excellent oral and written communication, organizational and prioritizing skills. This is a temp to perm opportunity, paying up to $22/hr. on the temp side and up to $65K on the perm side.
