Executive Assistant to CEO recruitment

The role

• Key business and executive support colleague to guide the workload for a busy Executive and other colleagues in a friendly, but highly efficient manner

• Problem-solving and juggling work/time demands of the CEO

• Manage fast-flowing information from different sources

• Review and draft confidential e-mails, reports and correspondence

• Ensure all queries are handled promptly and professionally

• Manage diaries, agenda schedules and expense reports

• Conduct research for the CEO and prepare PowerPoint presentations

• Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries

• Devise and maintain document storage

Your profile

• Above all, an independent, proactive and self-starting person who can work on their own initiative

• Someone who can be diplomatic, assertive, sensitive and demonstrate absolute discretion as the situation demands

• Experienced in a senior management environment and seeking a challenge in a dynamic work culture 

• Outstanding written and spoken English; another European language would be an advantage

• Ideally a graduate/professionally qualified and/or further business, marketing or legal training.

• A team-player with outstanding organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Autonomous, with the ability to prioritise and resolve problems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
