Executive Assistant to GM, 12 month contract, Large organisation Job in Melbourne, Victoria Australia
About the Job
Our client is a large, well known Australian company. They are currently in need of a highly experienced Executive / Personal Assistant to provide support to the General Manager, and ad hoc support to two other senior managers. This is a 12-month maternity leave fixed term contract. The salary for this position ranges between $65K to $75K + super.
Key duties will include:
- Extensive diary travel coordination
- GM email management
- Expenses, meeting coordination
- Secretarial support
- Board monthly reporting
- Weekly financial reporting
- Management of office supplies equipment
- Function coordination
- Manage archive storage systems
- Ad hoc support as required
To be considered for this position candidates must possess:
- EA experience supporting multiple senior managers
- Advanced Word, Excel PowerPoint
- Fast accurate typing
- Exceptional organisational planning skills
- Excellent communication skills - written verbal
- Strong relationship building interpersonal skills
