Executive Assistant to President & GM, A&E, BIO & CI Job in New York, New York US


POSITION SUMMARY
Provide support to the President GM, AE, BIO and CI by managing the day-to-day administrative responsibilities of the office.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
*On-going calendar management including continuous shifting of meetings and schedule to effectively manage priorities while maintaining positive relationships both internally and externally.
*Phone coverage - answer, screen and route calls as appropriate.
*Coordinate extensive travel meeting schedule for President.
*Generate and track TE Expense Reports through internal corporate system.
*Plan and execute internal and offsite meetings.
*Special projects as directed by President.
*Represent the President to outside clients and internal associates.

Required Experience:
*5 + years of senior level administrative experience, preferably within the media business
*Strong collaborative skills are necessary, as well as ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast paced environment
*Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are required
*Must be proficient with Windows 7, Mac and other applicable software
*Must have an interest in, and an understanding of, pop culture
