Executive Assistant to the CEO (Media) Job in New York 10018, New York US

Prestigious creative group is searching for an Executive Assistant to support a top Executive of this dynamic group!
This position puts you in a highly-visible role, supporting major players in the digital space!
Ideal candidate will be polished, confident, hungry to learn, and be able to commit fully to this team.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee arrangements of travel and other accommodations, including comprehensive and detailed itineraries.
· Handle heavy volume of incoming and outgoing calls, email, and mail; keep detailed legal records and logs of calls.
· Respond to all Executive Office inquires
· Coordinate meetings, events, and organize materials for teams.
· Interact with and direct divisional contacts and vendors.
· Provide updates and comprehensive information to Executives as needed.
· Ensure proper coverage for Executive's Office.
· Occasionally work on special projects and special events including screenings, luncheons, business and personal dinners, Holiday arrangements and Executive parties, etc.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university; strong academic achievement
· 2+ years support experience from a media/television/entertainment entity
· Flexibility for some after-hours tasks.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment with ability to multi-task and to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
· Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
· Have a fail-proof method of follow up for all items.
