As the Executive Chef at our busy Remote Site in Northern British Columbia, you will be responsible for food production, as well as directing and coordinating employee activities. You will follow all the different Sodexo Programs: Food Safety, Health and Safety, policies and procedures, as well as marketing. This position requires a rotation of 28 days in camp, 14 days out. Our remote sites include meal production for 100 to 800 guests per meal. Other flexible rotations may be available.
