Specific Job Description Position supports the Total Rewards and Performance Management organization in the Enterprise Operations business. Position is responsible for, but not limited to the following: -develops, analyzes, implements and administers enterprise-wide executive compensation programs including base salary, short-term incentive, long-term incentives and perquisites -establishes market values for executive level positions and provides market guidance to clients including C-Suite executives -participates in the management of the equity grant nomination and award process to ensure compliance with legal and plan requirements -performs research and detailed proxy analysis on executive pay plan design, methodology and industry trends and provides extensive data reporting and materials for Board of Directors and/or committee meetings and external filings -participates in the writing, editing, and proofing of SEC disclosures (e.g., proxy, CDA, 8-Ks, etc.) -serves as the liaison with internal and external audit agencies including the DCAA -provides research and analytical support to the Board of Directors regarding Director compensation Position requires a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree; or 4 years of professional experience required with a related PhD or JD; or no experience required with a MD. Considered an emerging authority.
