Opportunity to join leading wealth management group and manage high profile financial services investment focused complaints cases.Role will focus on ensuring high value and executive investment and other complaints are managed and resolved in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. You will be presenting well reasoned arguments to senior management and intermediaries and explaining case decisions.You will also be calculating redress calculations and agreeing compensation offers.You will also be a point of technical reference for junior compliant handlers, and be deputising for the team manager when required You must have very good knowledge of life, pension, and investment products, including investment portfolios.
