The Challenge
Working as part of a dynamic team, as Corporate Finance Executive your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Working as part of an expert team, the successful candidate will be responsible for advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, public and private fundraisings and provision of strategic advice. The company adopts a sectoral and transaction type approach, and each team member plays a significant role in sourcing and executing deals, enabling individual input in a challenging environment. Role will offer excellent training, development and career advancement potential within a fast growing blue chip organisation
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a first rate newly qualified Big 4 ACA or a candidate with 2-4 years relevant industry experience. A first class academic record is a prerequisite. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including an ability to produce PowerPoint presentations and strong excel models. The role will suit a candidate with a strong commercial ability and high energy levels.

Our client is a blue chip organisation based in Dublin City Centre.
The Compensation
Remuneration will be in line with market rate, commensurate with experience to include a strong bonus element.
