Executive Customer Service Assistant

A leading manufacturer of Consumer Electronics in Oxnard has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant/ Customer Service professional. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Ability to perform all front office activities.
Process customer purchase orders; prepare documents for shipping, and invoicing.
Answering customer calls and routing the communications to the entire organization.
Upkeep and organize customer document files.
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports.
Develop and maintain an interactive relationship between the customers and the sales team.

Strong leadership abilities
High competency in Excel, Words, and other office document programs.
Strong and accurate mathematical skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Highly motivated self starter and detailed oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) a must.
Must be high school graduate or equivalent and have at least 7-10 years related experience.
