Executive Director – Corporate Finance recruitment
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for in-house corporate finance activities including investing and fund raising exercises;
- Provide corporate finance services to investee clients, including IPO, MA, equity and debt issuances;
- Liaise with external lawyers on all internal and external corporate finance activities;
- Manage relationships with clients, investment banks, auditors, lawyers and other professionals;
- Manage due diligence exercises over clients;
- Manage whole documentation process throughout a transaction;
- Draft announcements, circulars and prospects.
Requirements:
- Holder of university degree with professional qualifications in related fields;
- At least 8 years relevant experience;
- Sound knowledge of listing rules and takeover codes;
- Qualified Type 1 6 RO license;
- A good team player, proven experience to manage and lead a team of staff is required;
- Strong presentation skills along with excellent written communication in both English and Chinese.
