Executive Director, Debts Capital Markets
•Engage in the marketing and origination of transactions
•Manage relationships with clients, professional parties, regulators and other business and support units
•Provide advice on transactions regarding valuation, structuring, financial, regulatory and business aspects of them
•Supervising and managing the execution of transactions
•Assist in promoting the company brand
•Assist in achieving the corporate targets and objectives
Requirements:
•Degree holder in business or related disciplines is highly preferred
•A minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, with at least 3 years in managerial position in similar capacity
•Excellent command of market compliance.
•Excellent command of written spoken English Mandarin
