DUTIES

Morgan Stanley Capital Group, Inc. seeks an Executive Director,
Investor Products, Fixed Income and Commodities to work in New York
City and Purchase, NY managing a global team of structurers and
traders to develop bespoke derivative products and structured notes
linked to energy, metals, and agricultural commodities for
institutional and retail clients. Co-ordinate and assign pricing
requests, execution orders, trade hedges, and valuations requests
to various team members to ensure immediate turnaround. Manage
cross-functional teams from risk, trading, sales and accounting to
set business priorities and deliverables for products covered
(commodity derivatives and exotic options, including volumetric
production financing, correlation swap, contango value
monetizations, asset/calendar spread options) in compliance with
ISDA regulations and other related regulations and practices.
Create project plans, syndication timelines, and seek regulatory
approvals to support issuance of exchange listed products linked
commodity derivatives, hybrids between commodity and other asset
classes (equity, interest rates and foreign exchange), and other
market sector derivatives. Provide detailed analysis of risk
measures, positions, modeling functions, hedging strategies, and
facilitate PL to internal control groups and senior
management. Spend 60% of time based in New York City and 40% of
time based in Purchase, NY office location.

Skills Required:
REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics or
related field or equivalent and five (5) years of experience
structuring and trading commodity-linked exotic options linked to
energy, metals, and agricultural commodities for institutional and
retail clients on behalf of a global financial services
institution. Prior experience must include performing financial
modeling of commodity derivatives and exotic options, including
volumetric production financing, correlation swap, contango value
monetizations, and asset/calendar spread options. Two (2) of the
five (5) years of experience must include working in a supervisory
capacity managing US and European Structured notes issuance in
accordance with the terms of the International Swaps and
Derivatives Association Master Agreements and related collateral
arrangements. Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses required.
