Executive Director Job in Long Beach 90806, California US

Established Independent and Assisted Living Community with a Memory Care Program in the South Bay.

We need an experienced Executive Director/Administrator to direct the day to day operations of the community in a manner that ensures the health, safety and satisfaction of residents, their families, employees and helping professionals. Also, experienced in selling rooms and growing census.
 

Job Requirements:
College degree in related field and/or equivalent experience.
Administrator’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Three or more years management experience.
Memory Care experience strongly preferred.
Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks.
Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others. Experienced with hiring, coaching and discipline of team members.
Excellent written and verbal skills .
Demonstrated success in census building.
Proven sales expertise.
Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.
