Executive Director level Finance Transformation Programme Manager required for global program at UBS recruitment
You will be the Finance lead for the UBS Too Big to Fail program as part of our Recovery and Resolution Planning effort.
Divisional and Functional work has already commenced and you will be joining to assist with Q1 and Q2 deliverables, with the majority of the requirements delivered by end 2012 - however there are anticipated additional requirements which will extend your involvement until 2013. You will be part of the global Finance Change unit and it is our intention to recruit a seasoned Programme Manager to join this function, with the first program as Too Big to Fail.
There is an urgency to recruit for this post and applications from professionals who are available immediately or at short notice are preferred.
While this role will be based within Finance, and the main audience will have a Finance focus, experienced global transformation PM’s with a Risk, IT or Operations background should still apply.
It is imperative that you have led large scale programs previously (either with an outsourcing, transformation or regulatory focus), where the direct and indirect reports under your remit spanned multiple business streams and functions and were spread internationally.
The successfully appointed individual will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable and impactful interacting with senior MD’s both within and outside of Finance. The ability to evaluate organisational structure and existing processes while engaging with a variety of stakeholders will be examined thoroughly at interview.
