The J.P.Morgan Depositary Receipt Group is an integral part of Treasury and Securities Services. We manage ADR and GDR programs for more than 200 issuers globally. Providing a highly comprehensive shareholder and issuer service, the ADR group also delivers investor relations solutions to our clients, assisting in growing their investor base and driving ADR liquidity. JPMorgan invented the ADR product in 1927, has an exceptional history of product innovation and maintains a global blue-chip client base.

Roles Responsibilities

• Segmenting, mapping, identifying and calling on issuer prospects in the APAC region which seek to listing on overseas stock exchanges such as the NYSE, Nasdaq, HKEx, SGX or LSE • Pitching / presenting our ADR services to attract their business, whether new programs to the market or existing ones from competitors • Close liaison with JPMorgan investment banking/equities in order to leverage the bank's relationships and selectively and deliver bank's full equity capabilities • Building relationships with other investment banks, legal firms, investor relations firms in order to identify new opportunities/regional trends and promote JPMorgan ADR capabilities with local influencers • Liaising closely with ADR product and liquidity solutions to build and deliver customised solutions to clients • The candidate will initially focus on frontier markets such as Vietnam and Mongolia, South East Asia and Australia. Responsibilities will increase over time, including management responsibility for a team of salespersons

The role is linked to sales performance and specific sales targets will be set each year

Skills

• Strong commercial sales experience with an excellent track record of deal closure • Good knowledge of the APAC region and US capital markets, together with strong understanding of investor relations • A pro-active and targeted approach to sales • Preferably have extensive and relevant contacts in APAC markets • Excellent team player • Self motivated with a strong desire to succeed • Strong presence to portray credibility in front of senior clients, prospects, and J.P.Morgan personnel / senior management • Fluent English is required; Mandarin capability is desirable but not essential.
