The award-winning Manse on Marsh is searching for a seasoned executive to direct all aspects of its successful 85-unit seniors community in San Luis Obispo, California, and to lead its growth into a multi-campus company.

 

The best candidate is a wise, reliable servant-leader who will work closely with our excellent management team to further organize, operate, and advance The Manse so we may duplicate its winning formula and enrich the lives of seniors in other locations.

 

Our local Developer/Owner, who has overseen operations since The Manse’s inception, would like to partner with a talented organizer/operator who shares his vision and purpose.  As a result, our new executive will have the opportunity and responsibility to significantly impact and shape the bright future of The Manse and our growing company.

Best-qualified candidates must have 5+ years experience as the top executive in a large, independently owned operated senior community, hospitality property, or closely –related business. An undergraduate degree is required, with an MBA preferred.  Commensurate salary, full benefits, and profit sharing accompany this position.  Partnership is available for multi-year high performance.
