Search Consultancy are currently recruiting on behalf of an amazing resort style hotel in the West/North Yorkshire region.
Our client which is part of a larger group of Hotels, is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager who has experience of working in a minimum 1/2 AA Rosette environment and have experience in working within a busy conference and banqueting environment.
You must have a sound knowledge of Health and Safety, upto date Legislation and also know how to manage a large brigade of chef's.
