Executive, Investment Banking
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have a professional qualification (ACA, LPC or CFA) and a strong academic background, and with previous relevant experience in the sector.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- project manage and assist on the day to day management of transactions;
- perform and co-ordinate comprehensive research for internal and external clients;
- conduct a range of valuation analyses;
- interact with clients in relation to market developments and ongoing financial and regulatory advice;
- prepare marketing materials and transaction documents; and
- build relationships with our Sales, Research and Trading platforms to collate significant market information.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- working knowledge of investment banking. Preferably the candidate will have prior experience of working on corporate transactions, although this is not essential;
- recently qualified professional (ACA, LPC, CFA), with a first-time pass;
- outstanding academic record; II:1 or higher at degree level from a top tier university;
- good writing, analytical and communication skills;
- ability to work both independently and as a member of a team;
- ability to prioritise and work under a tight schedule; and
- advanced computer skills focused on Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
