Sales Executive – IT Consulting Services

 

Position Summary

 

The Sales Executive is responsible for the acquisition of new accounts across the US. The Sales Executive sells US East’s Consulting suite of services including state of the art web-based Application Development, Architecture, Project Management, Database Design, and related IT Consulting and Permanent Placement Services. Primary emphasis will be on new account acquisition, and penetration, with priority on driving new business.

 

Duties

 

·         Originate and develop significant high-level business with portfolio of accounts and from established relationships.

·         Focus on relationship building with executive clients.

·         Ensure proper qualification of sales leads/opportunities and provide high quality opportunity management during all phases of the sales cycle.

·         Identify Client opportunity requirements with regard to IT Consulting requirements – type of resource, level of expertise, duration of contract/engagement and billing rate / range.

·         Regularly submit accurate sales forecasts and ensure a robust pipeline is maintained.

·         Ensure timely compliance with all management reporting requirements and adhere to company policies.

·         Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

 

·         Experience hunting within verticals and midcap or large multinationals.

·         Proven Sales Strategy and Successful Track Record in IT Consulting Sales, System Integration, Software, Managed Services or Vertical Sales

·         Self Motivated and Driven to Success

·         Ability to plan, implement and achieve Sales goals.

·         Adept at navigating through Client’s Management Structure to identify the hiring VP, Director or Mgr.

·         Creative in meeting goals and targets

·         Ideal candidate will have successful experience working with mid cap or Fortune 500.
