You will:
As Executive Manager, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading a team of high performance banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
You will take an innovative approach in leading business origination and relationship management for customers across the complete range of the Bank's financial solutions and inspire creativity by empowering, mentoring and providing our staff with career guidance and development.
You will lead with flair and vision, harnessing and shaping valuable working relationships with business partners, ensuring a strong culture is in place to support the continuous growth of the business.
This role works directly with the General Manager, Regional and Agribusiness Banking Victoria/ Tasmania and forms part of the State Leadership team.
You are:
You will have strong sales leadership capability and experience coupled with sound commercial knowledge and extensive credit understanding, within a Banking environment.
Your passion for supporting regional rural businesses will be instrumental in driving both our direction for the area and maintaining our customer focus and exceptional customer service levels.
