An opportunity has arisen to join our leadership team to lead a team of committed and passionate recruiters. Your role as talent acquisition leader is to coach your team to become advisors to the business on how best to activate and attract world class talent to CBA.
Recruiting for market leading and top performing businesses, we are in the enviable position of being able to attract world class talent. You will be required to bring energy and ideas to contribute to a variety of group wide projects as we continue to evolve the talent acquisition function. We have permission and appetite from our leaders to think and do things differently.
You will play a pivotal role in continuing this transformation through:
- Working collaboratively; we strive to continually improve what we do and how we do it
- Improving recruiter capability; transforming recruiters to talent advisors, developing superior and effective stakeholder management and engagement
- Enabling career mobility for our current talent to enhance organisational agility and employee engagement
- Continuing to position and build your teams visibility and credibility within the business
