Audio Enhancement is a well established, privately held company that provides Technology Solutions for the educational marketplace. Headquartered in Bluffdale, Utah, Audio Enhancement conducts business across the entire United States, with satellite offices in Orlando, Palm Beach, and other strategic locations.

 

We are currently seeking a full time Executive Office Assistant to work out of our Bluffdale office. 

 

Duties would include:

 

·         Planning, organizing and managing various administrative focused projects (short long term)

·         Involvement in day to day activities and responsibilities

·         Manage meeting schedules and tasks from those meetings

·         Organizational objectives such as goals program

·         Assisting Sr. Vice President

 

Successful candidates should possess the following:

 

Computer Skills:

·         Excel (expert)

·         Word (expert)

·         Power Point

·         Outlook (expert)

·         Great Plains

·         2-3 years Administrative Assistant experience

·         Type speed of 60 words per minute

·         Copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.

 

·         Excellent communication, phone, and people skills

·         Excellent Organizational and time management skills

·         Ability to work independently – self-starter

·         High level of initiative

·         Ability to participate in confidential discussions

·         Leadership skills

·         Good work ethic

·         Fast learner

 

Compensation:
