Executive Personal Assistant (Central Park South) Job in New York 10028, New York Us
Successful business owner seeks experience Executive Personal Assistant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Organize an ever changing business calendar and complex schedule
- Procure equipment, supplies and services as needed
- Basic office administrative maintenance and general functions
- Monitor business expenses
- Execute special requests and related duties as needed
- Must be able to coordinate with personal / domestic staff as needed
- Field heavy phone call volume
- Update management of database and contacts
- Manage travel itineraries and expense reports
- Draft email and mail correspondence as well as coordinate mass mailings
- Must be able to coordinate business and personal travel; to principal’s various residences (Europe / Israel) as well as to other destinations as needed.
- Act as primary gatekeeper and liaison
This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday work week with flexibility to work overtime as needed. Salary is generous but DOE. This position also includes a full benefits package after three months and the potential to earn a discretionary annual bonus. Job Requirements:
- 4 year degree from accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years related experience working as Executive Assistant
- Excellent references from both current and previous employers
- Background in luxury retail and/or spa industry a plus but not required
- Fluency in French, Hebrew, or any additional language a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; must have excellent English skills
- Must have excellent experience / skills in correspondence
- Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office and Mac OSX
- Professional mindset and the utmost discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Flexibility with hours and scheduling
- Valid passport/international travel authorization
- United States work authorization
