Executive, Private Equity Fundraising – ACA wanted recruitment
Our client is one of the leading fund raising and private placement groups. The firm works with private equity funds, mezzanine groups, and other investment funds. They act on their behalf and go out into the market, raising capital and finance, and assist the funds with their fund raising processes.
They are now looking to recruit an Executive/ Analyst, whose brief will be to assist on fundraising mandates. Working with the Directors, you can expect to work on sales and marketing, preparation of circulars, preparation of financial information, financial modelling, answering queries from investors on potential investments.
We are interested in candidates who will have a background as follows:
- ACAs/ chartered accountants from the major accounting firms. You might have a background in corporate finance, transaction services or audit.
-investment bankers, probably at the 1st or 2nd year level
- analysts from other fund raising firms
