Executive Recruiter

The role of the recruiter is to source, identify, screen and produce qualified candidates for existing opportunities at our top tier clients.  The scope of this role ranges from cold calling and networking via telephone and other means, to conducting in person interviews to gauge a candidate’s technical acumen and intangible skills. Positions recruited for include roles in operations, trade support, compliance, technology, risk management, accounting, finance, relationship management and sales across the United States and UK.  There will be a significant opportunity for a qualified individual to either bring a book of business, or grow in to business development down the road, leveraging the current, stable infrastructure.
