As Executive Recruiter you will be based in our Burlington, MA. office, you will be reporting to and partnering with the Director, Executive Recruitment to research, source and recruit for Senior management and Executive roles within Nuance Communications, Inc.
You will manage a full cycle executive recruitment desk, building solid relationships with internal clients and talent to meet Executive talent needs at Nuance. Senior Researchers, Associates and Senior Associates with retained search experience are invited to take advantage of this unparalleled opportunity to grow within a successful and challenging environment, and transition your skills to an in house organization. Establish, build and maintain quality relationships with clients and candidates
- Ability to create and develop senior level job specifications
- Ability to develop search strategies and execute the full recruiting lifecycle.
- Ability to partner with qualified candidates, and to present in depth knowledge to executive level hiring managers.
- Expert closing skills
Education/Experience/Skills/Abilities:
- Proven track record Executive Recruiting and Research, preferrably in Technology, Healthcare, Enterprise, and/or Mobile Markets.
- Senior skills in navigating complex group dynamics and management styles
- Extraordinary search execution with the ability and willingness to focus on executive research, id and candidate development.
- Stellar presentation skills coupled with organization, attention to detail, and understanding of both the business, and the position
- Demonstrated experience cold calling into companies, sourcing for candidate and client leads
- Bachelor Degree in related field
