Account Executive / Executive Recruiter
An Account Executive drives business development through selling to targeted market segments, and through providing staffing and recruiting solutions for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients through direct selling of staffing/consulting solutions
- Maintain and build relationships within existing clients
- Identify, attract, and recruit high quality candidates for your clients
- Coordinate your practice with a team of Recruiters and Fulfillment Specialists throughout the organization
- Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing communication
- Utilize and maintain CRM and ATS database
- Maintain individual accountability for all performance goals
Essential Skills Characteristics:
- Demonstrated record of being a top performer in your field, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and high character
- Goal oriented, highly competitive, and success driven
- Possess entrepreneurial instincts and be motivated to earn a 6 figure income
- Comfortable in an office environment conducting business primarily over the telephone and through electronic media
- Demonstrated sales ability in prospecting to open new accounts, both over the telephone and through face to face sales presentations
- Previous experience as a third party recruiter in Freight Transportation and Logistics, Healthcare, Manufacturing Engineering, Financial Services, Banking, Consumer Products, Industrial Sales, Accounting/Finance, Building Products/Construction, or Information Technology is a plus.
