Responsibilities:
• Conduct career assessment interviews, competency-based interviews, and organizing psychometrics testing.
• Sourcing (particularly executive search or headhunting and use of recruitment portals and social media).
• Work closely with hiring managers to facilitate selection as well as negotiate and structure offers.
• Supervise/manage a team of junior recruiters and researchers.
• Manage recruitment improvement projects.
Requirements:
• University degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of recruitment experience within or catering to the banking or financial services industry in the GCC and focusing on senior/ highly specialized roles.
