My client, a leader in the hotel industry, is looking for an executive secretary with fluent Arabic to support the General Manager. With previous admin experience within a corporate or luxury brand environment, you will have excellent written and spoken English and be professional with immaculate personal presentation. Your duties will include diary management, answering calls and taking messages, preparing PowerPoint presentations, dealing with complaints and guests' comments, organising large bookings and updating Opera. A hotel background and knowledge of hotel reservations and the Opera system would be desirable. Excellent PowerPoint skills are required and a degree of flexibility with regards to your working hours.
