Our clients are regularly looking for outstanding Executive/Personal Assistants to assist in both short-term and long-term ongoing assignments and we are currently hiring Executive/Personal Assistants with experience across the following tasks:

 

·         Diary management and scheduling appointments

·         Correspondence and preparing reports and presentations

·         Project secretarial duties

·         Reconciling expense claims and credit card statements

·         Client database management

·         Events and travel bookings

·         Other administrative tasks as required

·         Proven experience providing support at Executive/General Manager level

·         Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise

·         Superior attention to detail

·         Immaculate presentation and written and verbal communication skills

·         Advanced level Microsoft Suite
