We also assist pension funds (or the companies that sponsor them) to manage pensions issues. The People Services group delivers services to corporate clients including PAYE and Social Security advice, individual tax advice and compliance services for international assignees, employment tax matters and executive reward advisory services. Our activities are diverse in scope and a successful candidate can expect to be involved in a number of varied and different areas according to the business issues faced by their client portfolio.

We are seeking an experienced Expatriate Assistant Manager who will play an instrumental part in assisting the existing team through a period of rapid growth. You will be dealing with a diverse portfolio of clients and a range of projects which will present challenges and the use of expatriate tax skills. This is also a rare opportunity to work alongside and learn from highly regarded professionals in this specialised field.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintaining good relationships with clients

- Being the day to day contact for allocated clients

- Management of compliance processes for international assignees

- Ensuring clients are provided with up to date information on relevant tax developments

- Advising on risk issues relevant to client and assisting in mitigating these

- Preparing client advice for manager/partner review

- Some project management

- Delegation of work to, and training of junior staff

- Day to day contact with HMRC

- Interaction with KPMG's global People Services network

Qualifications and Skills

ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent
