Expense Clerk

A Junior Expense Clerk is required for a large organisation based in Mitcham, South West London to join them on for a 6 month contract. This role will be supporting the Expense Clerk in a back log.

Duties will include, thoroughly checking the expense form making sure it has been authorised by the correct person and that the VAT and corporation tax treatment is correct. You will also be responsible for checking the mileage forms have been approved correctly and allocate the mileage claim to the PL by journal. You will also be assisting with processing the company credit cards on the system before month end.

The successful candidate will be excel literate and be looking to study AAT in the near future.

This is a great opportunity for a junior candidate looking for their first role within accounts administration!
