Expense Management Lead recruitment
Principal responsibility will be to lead vendor negotiation and sourcing strategy programmes to drive cost reductions across the group. The candidate will come from a facilities procurement/sourcing background with a strong track record in driving down bottom line costs across a complex multi-site business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and drive cost reductions, vendor consolidation, service delivery improvements and process efficiencies across the group’s businesses.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprised of facilities stakeholders from business units in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies, supplier selection, negotiation and contracting processes.
- Analyse vendor proposals, form and negotiate service agreements and manage supplier relations and performance.
- Establish and maintain strong supplier and business relationships.
Requirements:
- Extensive facilities, procurement and expense management experience.
- Programme management experience for strategic sourcing
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Delivery of procurement solutions across multi-location businesses
- Certified Procurement Professional (CPM etc) preferred
