Expense Manager for Latin America recruitment

Expense manager within the GI Expense Office are responsible to drive cost consciousness within General Insurance. In this role you will drive expense management and reporting of expenses within the growing region of Latin America, including bringing the local and regional expense reporting processes to the overall Group standards. You will drive appropriate expense discipline and accurate reporting of expense data, the later requiring a detailed understanding of current processes and tools within the local countries. You will analyze and report on the expense performance of Latin America on a monthly basis as well as provide expense insight to the Regional CFO of Latin America. Furthermore you will provide the finance link with operations and represent Latin America at the Group. We will count on you to drive consistent and accurate regional results. This role will require travel to the individual business units and central finance team located in Brazil.

To your university degree in a business or accounting discipline, preferably with a professional accounting qualification and/or project management qualification, you should add experience in expense management and reporting. Further essential assets include a strong accounting knowledge, strong financial analysis skills, experience in building up new processes and reporting requirements. Fluent written and spoken English as well as Spanish and/or Portuguese language knowledge is required. You will further profit from good user knowledge of SAP CO and BW.
