Expense Reporting Manager recruitment

The MI Manager will be responsible for:

*Expense control and reporting function, including the budgeting and forecasts and to lead the Business Partner Relationship Management process to all teams and senior management
*To drive the development of timely and accurate Group and Syndicate expense MI
*Assist in developing, maintaining and enhancing accounting systems capable of meeting reporting requirements in an expanding business area
*Act as a focal point for all MI requests from the business, including Global business units and product heads, pricing and reserving actuaries, external and internal auditors

As such, the successful MI Manager will have the following skills and experience:

*Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent
*Experience of managing a team
*Experience of working within the Lloyds insurance market
*Strong problem solving skills
*Good communication skills, both verbal and written
