Expense Team Manager recruitment

As Expense Team Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading an Expense Management team and Accounts globally.

• Pitch services in collaboration with sales teams to senior corporates up to board level.

• Be central point of contact for key Multinational accounts.

• Consult with clients about expense management model, policies and reporting.

• Consult and liaise with client tax partners and providers, on year end basis.

• Strong people management, leading a team of over 10.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

• 8+ years of working experience with at least 3 years as expense management or accounting operations experience.

• Knowledge of SAS70/SSAE16 would be an advantage.

• Qualified member of HKICPA / ACCA would be an advantage.

• Project management experience in operations and policy planning.

• People management skills at the corporate/board level.

• A strategic and analytical thinker with a strong consultative attitude.

• Excellent client facing skills.

• Superior communication skills in both spoken and written English.

• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel.
