Expenses Analyst recruitment

The key role of the Expenses Analyst is to control Expenses data throughout the Finance systems and provide meaningful Expenses data for analysis.

Reporting to the expenses controller, you will be responsible for various functions surrounding the control, planning and reporting of expenses.

Other duties of the Expenses Analyst include:

• Review cleanse monthly Expense data

• Reconcile Cash Expense data to GAAP expense data

• Assist with the month end Accrual process

• Perform monthly Actual v Plan expense analysis

• Control reporting of Travel data from Liberty’s Travel Management Company

• Maintain Expense reference data throughout Finance systems

• Assist in the annual Expense Planning process

• Perform the monthly recharge of expenses to Group Entities

• Ad hoc MI requests for the business

To be successful in this demanding role you will have exposure to working within a Finance department and excellent working knowledge of excel. You will also be strong inter-personally along with good analysis/ data interpretation skills.
