Experienced Analyst & Associate
A leading independent investment banking advisory firm are looking to hire an experienced Analyst Associate into their restructuring and debt advisory team in London. The firm advise large corporates across a range of sectors in Europe, Middle East and US.
About the restructuring / debt advisory business
- Very strong restructuring business - have advised on award winning deals over the last 4 years
- In Europe the restructuring business provides a full service offering to the firms clients and supports many of their on-going MA processes.
- The structure of the business means they are more focused on advising corporates, rather than creditors, on debt and restructuring situations.
Current requirements:
Experienced Associate
- Good technical skills
- Outgoing entrepreneurial
- Assertive confident
- Candidates who have had a large amount of client exposure
- Ideally candidates who have seen the debt side of the capital structure
- Can come from a variety of different backgrounds: Restructuring or debt advisory at a competitor; Restructuring at a Big 4 accountancy firm; Capital Markets teams at Bulge bracket banks; MA / Corporate Finance teams at Banks / Boutiques
- Between 2 and 6 years of experience in a corporate finance function
- Experience of producing DCF and LBO models, IMs and client presentations
