Experienced Appointment Setter Job in Cardiff, Wales UK

Our client is a leader within the Energy and Utilities industry and require customer focused Sales professionals to work as part of a highly motivated, and target driven team, booking appointments for Smart Service Advisors to visit prospects and existing customers. The successful candidate will provide support across the sales process. Pre-sales by making the initial appointment, during the visit by providing price comparisons (when required) and post sales with verification calls.
Key responsibility will be managing the Advisors diaries with the objective of making 4 quality appointments per day. This will be achieved through the Bureau Administrator successfully handling all inbound and outbound appointment making calls and enquiries.

An in-depth knowledge of:
* Standard Microsoft Office applications ( Excel /Powerpoint)
* Call centre experience
* Proven sales experience
