Job description:
You will be a member of our consultancy team as a business analyst, subject matter expert or project manager. Using your competencies, not only will you create value for our clients but also within the company:
- At the client’s site you will help implement innovative changes and apply best-practice methodology;
- You will be a member of our consultancy team and provide several types of project services
- At Initio – internally – you will be an active member of one (or more) of our business lines, listed above. This allows you to broaden your competences and build up knowledge whilst exchanging with your colleagues in an international and open environment.
- You will take part in (+ give) trainings to ensure consistent personal development within our firm.
Your profile:
- Master’s degree or equivalent by experience. Additional Masters, an MBA or leading certifications such as a CFA are a plus for your application.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the financial sector, as consultant or employee
- Thorough understanding of the organisation of a bank or financial services firm
- A solid level in English and Dutch and/or French is mandatory. Interested in working in other countries
- Client-oriented attitude and good communication skills
- Strong analysis, innovation and change management skills.
