They are one of the leading life insurance companies in the global market. Their image, brand and reputation are well recognized by their customers and their footprints have reached many cities around the world. To drive their business to a better success, they are seeking a very experienced Chief Marketing Officer to join their professional team.
The principal responsibility includes combine marketing, product pricing expertise and effective market customer penetration to maximize the entire business. You will also be accountable for penetrating strategies, creating customer value and identifying alternative channel propositions. Coordinating PR/media initiatives including press releases, client advisories and marketing materials is also your key responsibility.
You will also be responsible for provide strategic connection between CEO, functional head, branch managers and customers. Other responsibilities include driving business performance and process improvements by analysing product and channel performance, communicating internal external effectively and developing innovations.
Ideally, they are looking for candidates with at least 10 years experience in insurance company. Tracked record in building high business value through effective marketing initiatives is necessary. Fluent in Chinese and English is a must. You should also demonstrate capability across all products, product pricing and balancing sales, profit value.
