For more information visit www.greatsecurityjobs.com This position will play a major role the ongoing training of our Security Officers and Staff by presenting specialized training sessions. The District Trainer is responsible for training curriculum development and overall program maintenance, instruction and tracking of training records for security officers assigned to the district. The trainer must be knowledgeable of all company and client business objectives, policies, customer expectations, quality service skills, conflict resolution, emergency response and other training requirements necessary for optimal service and compliance with all legislative, contractual and corporate training requirements. The trainer's performance will be evaluated based on, but not limited to, achieving assigned training goals, objectives and on providing quality training support to the Training Manager. 1) Min. 3 years experience in law enforcement, military, or security. 2) Min. Associates Degree in Criminal Justice or other related fields. 3) Min. 2 years previous training experience in a classroom environment. 4) Capable of interacting with client(s) and staff management.
