Experienced, Cross Asset Sales Professional Required for Tier One Investment Bank – Director Level – £175k plus bonus – London recruitment

Montash Associates is working exclusively with a Tier One Investment Bank, and are looking to find an experienced multi asset sales director to join their market leading team.

This individual will join a dynamic, elite group, working with Traders, Structurers and Quants to distribute a variety of products across the EMEA region.

Experience in the Sales space is essential, preferably from a Tier One Investment Bank. This individual will have to have a deep, existing network of clients, and an excellent deal track record with high PnL figures. 

The team covers a number of different asset classes, as well as Hybrid products. They mainly focus on Institutional clients and UHNW individuals, but also operate in the retail space. They generate significant revenue from Equities and FX currently, and are looking to branch out into new markets, as well as increase their presence in these areas. You will be working as part of a collaborative team, but you must be focussed and self-motivated and able to work on solo initiatives as well.

In order to qualify for this role you must:

• Have 5+ years Sales experience from a leading financial institution. All asset classes considered

• Excellent network and contacts in the EMEA region

• Strong PnL track record

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Additional languages are advantageous but not essential

The package on offer is exceptional. Ideally, this individual will come in at Director level, but there is scope for an MD or VP level hire depending upon the candidate. As a guideline, the base salary will be in the region of £175k, with a market leading bonus and flexible benefits package on top of this.
