Experienced Customer Service Advisor in Leeds, West Yorkshire
This large property development and lettings provider, a market leader in its field, seeks an Experienced Customer Service Advisor with face-to-face experience to provide a high level of customer service and administration support within the accommodation field.
TITLE: Experienced Customer Service Advisor
LOCATION: Leeds, West Yorkshire
SALARY: £16,500 to £19,500, dependant on experience
BENEFITS: Bonus, pension, long service awards
Essential experience for this Experienced Customer Service Advisor role:
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or retail, especially front of house management
• Excellent organisation skills
• Works well within a team and able to lead without necessarily having the title
The following skills will be advantageous for this Experienced Customer Service Advisor position:
• Junior management experience
• Good numeracy
• Strong PC skills
• Good administrative skills
