For one of our clients in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an experienced Core Servicedesk Support for a long-term mission who will independently support the IT projects outsourcing unit of the company.
Work description
Tasks:
You will be responsible of:
- Answers calls within stated guidelines.
- Analyses and interprets complex client inquiries to ascertain them and solve them.
- Provides accurate and creative solutions to complex client problems meeting all pre defined quality measurements.
- Troubleshoots complex inquiries.
- Provides a high degree of client satisfaction in all work undertaken.
- Co-ordinates between clients and vendors to ensure timely resolution of problems.
- Liaises internally and externally to enable client queries to be answered and problems solved.
- Collates performance reporting information e.g. call and fault statistics. Forwards to appropriate person as requested.
- Dispatch and escalate calls to appropriate technical teams when needed.
- Strict SLA follow up
- Manage Visio-conference reservations unsing TMS tools
- Limited windows server administration.
- Handles tickets in the following domains: Email, Citrix, videoconference, PDA.
Skills, qualifications experience
- Typically secondary/high school qualified with a relevant technical qualification, required certifications and at least 3 years' relevant work experience in a complex/critical environment
- Helpdesk or call-desk experience in a large international organisation (2 years)
- Exchange 2003 or 2010 experience (including PDA Activesync) level 1 and 2
- Windows server 2007 and 2008 administration
- Visio-conference management is a plus
