Experienced Hire Recruitment Manager - London - Competitive

Ernst Young's diverse in-house recruitment team has a strong reputation in the marketplace. We currently have two opportunities for experienced Managers to join our team as an interim, one to manage a portfolio of senior recruitment, the other to manage our Corporate Finance area and team of Recruiters.

The roles are based in London but travel is a possibility. Responsibilities of both roles include:

-Working directly with Partners on a daily basis
-Consulting on EY's recruitment strategy and how to resolve issues
-Focus on direct recruitment, research and generating a candidate pipeline from internal and external sources, both in the UK and international
-Developing resourcing campaigns,
-Advising on campaign process, routes to market, assessment and selection tools, media and resourcing technologies.

Roles require in-house recruitment experience, ideally within professional or financial services, strong track record of account management of senior stakeholders and solid experience of direct sourcing methods.
