Experienced Index Sales recruitment

Job Duties and responsibilities:


Responsible for sales and business development of index products in Asian region

Maintain the existing client base and build new client network in the market

Devise and execute sales strategies within the region

Initiate product innovation emerging from client interactions

Identify new business opportunities including development and implementation of new business segments

Liaise closely with Head of sales, marketing, public relations, client services and business operation teams

Involve in providing input on process related to activities and management information tools

Requirements:

Strong track record of closing deals with asset managers, pension funds and funds

Strong understanding of structuring and issuing of financial products linked to indices

Thorough understanding of buy-side decision making processes related to benchmark and performance measurement indices

Possess access to high level management contacts with asset managers, pension funds and funds

Excellent communication and sales skills

Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must
