Job Description:
A growing business focused on business printing and e-payment solutions for over 22 years. We are currently hiring for the position of inside sales representative to help grow and expand our business. The individual should be a self-starter, motivated, fast learner, and have good verbal and written communication skills in a sales situation. Knowledge of business software applications including Salesforce.com is a must. Print industry and software sales experience is essential -- will be the primary products for new team members. Additional knowledge in other print technologies including MICR printing is an added bonus.
Essential Job Functions (listing most important first):
Opportunity hunting and sales development skills
Experience managing and growing business within large accounts
Able to lead and manage customer service teams to meet customer requirements and solve challenges
Ability to follow up on leads and make 40-60 outbound calls daily Proven sales success, strong phone skills, computer and software experience, solid Interpersonal traits; excellent written and oral communications skills; team player with ¿can do¿ attitude, highly organized and schedule regimente. Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service.
Increase sales and average order size by means of product cross-selling, up selling and add on sales
Working experience with Salesforce.com
